Mother Kevin Hope Center (ONG África Directo)
It is a center for disabled people where there are 20 inmates with different disabilities and 250 children between 0 and 20 years who come to treatment.
We need material for the different therapies that we are introducing as speech therapy, stimulation (cognitive area), physiotherapy and occupational therapy:

• We need puzzles and tale books (if possible in English) for children between 1 to 7 years old. If you can not get this type of material.

Available In Tanzania:
• Here you can get the plaster (in swajili P.O.P) that we use to make molds to correct deformities and for the zambos feet to which the plaster has to be changed every week. With this treatment those children can get to walk.
In June, Easter and Christmas there is little movement since most of the children go home … there are only some orphans and those who come to treatment or the older ones between 16 and 20 who come to do workshops.

continue the only asphalt road (the main road) just past the elephant motel and after passing a small bridge, there is a dirt road on the left follow all that straight road and you will find the center is 7 minutes from Same town.
If you come from the Kilimanjaro Montain or from the KIA airport either by car or bus, when you arrive at Same there are many places to stay. No great luxury, but clean and comfortable is the Elephant hotel that is 5 minutes from the center Mama Kevina Hope Center The Nkomasi Game Park ($20) is 20 minutes by car from Same. This park borders Kenya's largest park Tsavo National Park. If you continue the road of Same towards Daar is Salam you can make a stop at the Usambara Montains in a spectacular Lushoto site to enjoy the views in the view point and make a trek through the mountains. Have a drink at Lawn Hotel. In Same there is a local agency where you can ask for a trip to Chome (Paremontains) there are excursions from one to seven days. You will be amazed by the maasai dances, the culture and the spectacular nature and colors. Another important mountainous point of the Usanbaras is a place called Amani. To access here you have to take the road that goes to Tanga. In Tanga there are buses that take you to Pangani at an hour's journey. Here you can enjoy the Tanzana coast.
