Kithunthi Primary School

Enlargement of the new public school in Kithunthi (a small town 2 hours walk from Kangundo) built thanks to school projects in micro-economy schools in Catalonia together with local cultural productions and education for sustainable development.

The projects will have the participation of cultural and social communities of the territory as well as a cooperative associative and local commerce.
Now in execution the second phase of construction of a module with 5 more classrooms, and phase 3, which includes a multipurpose space, teachers’ room, administration and latrines.

They need to receive 20 Laptops, if you can bring any that would be great. You can do it trough Labdoo, a the platform we collaborate. with They will provide you with the donated computers, already prepared with the appropriate educational packages. Their network of volunteers around the world, obtain, prepare and distribute the computers wherever they need them. Contact them, so they can send you the laptop, and tell them that you come from trip-drop.
